Project Manager / Onsite Construction Estimator


  • Assist construction team with creating estimates for remodel work
    • Meet with lead estimator and customers to drive out and document requirements
    • Coordinate the distribution and collection of estimate requests with sub-contractors.
    • Create and deliver proposals AND timelines as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating the scheduling of team members and sub-contractors during the execution phase.
  • Monitor change controls and determine cost/timeline/quality impacts as they arise.
  • Provide limited accounting support through bill scanning/entry and filing paperwork.
  • Answer phones in a professional manner.


  • Prior construction estimation experience (preferred not required)
  • High School Diploma or higher level of education
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PCs and MS-Office
  • Ideally would have a flexible weekend schedule to assist in model home showcases, which allows candidate to learn more about the construction processes
  • Great customer facing skills

Pay will be commensurate with experience.
