We are now bringing back our Luxury cottage homes! They will be located right off US-41 and W 129th Ave. in Cedar lake. Construction is expected to start as early as July or August. We will be offering 3 different ranch style layouts, 2 three bedroom plans and 1 two bedroom plan. All layouts include 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room on the main level. They also include full basement foundations. All homes are located a few minutes from down town Cedar lake, and they have quick and easy access to Saint John.
